1 – The processing of personal data collected on the website www.thirty-one-degrees.com is the responsibility of THE ASTEROID, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, a commercial company headquartered at Rua de Enxomil, 687, 4410-423 Arcozelo, Portugal, under the Tax Identification Number 513 951 857, entity with the documents deposited in electronic form, hereinafter referred to as THE ASTEROID, and will be carried out strictly in accordance with the applicable legislation, namely the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016). 

2 – In the process of buying and selling the products, THE ASTEROID only collects the data strictly necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. 

3 – In order to deliver the products, THE ASTEROID is obliged to provide the shipping services with the data of its customers. In this case, the data provided will be only those strictly necessary for the accomplishment of this concrete activity, namely the name, address and telephone contact, and the customer will be duly informed, in the processing of the purchase of the product, about the identity of the service provider. 

4 – The provision of the information requested in the course of processing the order is compulsory and the buyer guarantees that the information provided is entirely true. 

5 – THE ASTEROID guarantees the confidentiality of all the data supplied by the buyer and processes it only for the period of time necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected, retaining them, for legal and tax reasons, for a period of 10 years, by reference to each purchase made by the user. After this deadline, THE ASTEROID will irreversibly destroy all the personal data transmitted by its buyers. 

6 - The purchaser and holder of the personal data have the rights of information, access and rectification or erasure of personal data and the right to the portability of data, the right to limit or oppose the processing of their data, when the exercise of these rights are not incompatible with the legal and tax obligations of THE ASTEROID.
